Adam is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 15 years of clinical experience. He studied his craft at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY, followed by a two-year Journeyman Apprenticeship with renowned massage master Ettia Tal, specializing in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage. In 2009, Adam joined the faculty of º£½ÇÂÒÂ× in New York City, garnering Undergraduate Teacher of the Year Award accolades in 2014 and 2016. Adam is also a musician, composer and performer, and his massage practice focuses on clients who use their bodies for a living – athletes, singers, dancers, and other high-performance body types.
